I'm pretty sure there could have been an extra rocket jump on this level after going up the second lift.  You could pick up that extra 25 health kit right before going up the second lift, then on E3M5 you pick up two 25 health kits both putting you at 100 health wasting 16 health.  Then on E3M6 your health only drops to 6, could be 1 for 5 more health.  So that's 25+16+5= 46 health, enough for another rocket jump, did I miss anything?

Do you mean the lift by the Yellow Armor or the lift by all the moving platforms? At the moving platforms, the doors are triggered to open when the lift reaches the top, so a rocketjump wouldn't do any difference.

I think he means a rocket boost after that door towards the teleporter. I wonder if it's enough to save a second. Maybe there is something else to be done in e3m5, like the low-fps-trick to get out of tubes faster.
