I once owned a capture card but it didn't seem to work. I can't remember the make and model of the hardware, but it ran on xsplit software. I tried it with several computers, and my friend claimed to have called the manufacturer and they told him the product was defective.
I have a laptop with 6Gb of RAM, and I may be running with anything ranging from a Super Nintendo, N64, PS2, Xbox to Xbox 360, with everything from coaxial cables to composite to component, and maybe HDMI if I upgrade my TV. I'm wondering if anyone can contact me with information on what sort of hardware I'd need to start streaming, or just recording and uploading, and if I need to upgrade my laptop at all. If you need any more information, I'd be happy to provide it. Thanks in advance.
