in amarectv I see the following: 
when i first start it. both in 2.31 and 3.10. i did the live install thing that comes with it but nothing. input list is empty though it sees my capture device. i have tried to install the drivers which windows 10 sees fine. even deleting my config and running as administrator does not work. i do not have obs open, and have tried multiple usb ports which i know do work.
if i try to use obs directly when i add a video capture device the dropdown to select the device is disabled.
what might i be doing wrong to capture from my snes?
