Just wondering if anyone has done a speed run for Ikaruga on Game Cube.

Um, why? The only parts that you can affect the time on are the bosses, and they make up a pretty small part of the game. Plus high score videos will defeat every boss as fast as possible, except Tageri (absorbing the homing lasers gives you more points than the time bonus), and there are already plenty of great ones at ikaruga.co.uk.
