Can you download other speedruns? If you can't, get a DivX player. If you can play other speedruns, it might be a broken link.

If it's a WMV, perhaps your browser is trying to play the speedrun (with the WMP plugin) instead of downloading it to be played later. Try right-clicking the link and choosing "Save as" instead.
