hey guys! a friend of mine is offering me a link to the past SFC version for 10 euro. I wanna buy it, but how can I tell if the game is an 1.0 cartridge? all save files are empty and I don't wanna play the until I can test some glitches

If you can see an imprint on the label (I believe SNES is on the backside where it says important), look for 2 imprinted numbers. If you see that and no letter, it's probably 1.0.

In general, I've found that to be the case that 2 numbers and no letter indicates a 1.0. The best way to positively confirm involves testing for certain glitches or opening up the cart, but this in my experience a pretty good way to tell.
