Thread title:
- How do i get my video recording quallyfied?

You create a thread in the "Tech Support" board of this forum, where you post a small sample of your recording (more info here: https://forum.speeddemosarchive.com/post/how_to_post_a_video_quality_test..html).
Staff members will answer and tell you whether your recording quality is good enough or not.

- Do i need to send a request so i can be allowed to symmit a run?

No, you don't. Just use the submission form: https://queue.speeddemosarchive.com/submission/

- Is run done over stream, not allowed to submit.

Runs that you recorded while streaming are allowed to be submitted, but only if the recording quality is good enough and only contains the clean audio and video feed of the game (SDA does not want any talking-over the recording, and no stream overlays like timer, chat, subscription notifications, etc.)

- Im playing ys in one segment, is it okat to save, when the game restart when i die?

It depends on how long your run takes. If it's a long one segment run, it could be acceptable.

I hope my answers are understandable for you Smiley
Thank you @ymh. That was very clear. Smiley
Just to be clear: if you're running a game non-segmented, and you die and choose to continue from a save, that doesn't invalidate the run but the time you spent dying, loading the save, etc. all has to be captured on the video and counts against your time. In some cases doing this may be faster than playing the game the "normal" way, in which case it's known as a "deathwarp"; deathwarps were banned in the very early days of SDA but they're legal nowadays (and encouraged if they save time).
