Yes I did. And the run for Eye of the Beholder was done very well. There's a few little mistakes, which I chalk up to the shoddy controls of trying to use an SNES controller to control a "mouse" on the screen via a D-Pad. There were a few over-steps where the person ran into walls or took an extra unnecessary step past a hallway or something, but it was really fast and well done. I'm not sure when you start timing the run, but a lot of time is spent re-rolling the characters for generation, but the actual run time when you actually control your characters is very fast and at best I can't imagine you could shave more than a few seconds off of that time. The only mistake that comes to mind when I watched was he put a dagger in a rune symbol on the wall that was completely unnecessary, as far as I am aware. I definitely say it was a good run, and I verify it. No cheating was apparent; it was one solid segment.

Okay, I've done a lot of playing on the SNES version and I've come to the conclusion this run is great. Obviously it has excellent planning but also good execution and luck. I'd love to see comments from the author first though.

Definitely an accept from me, then. Seeing as character creation isn't timed, all the time spent rolling up is fine. Even more classic D&D than Baldur's Gate on the site, hooray! Now all we need is AD&D Heroes of the Lance...

Audio/video no problems. There were a few blurry seconds, but I found it it was my VLC player causing it.
In general the gameplay is good and it goes to show the right use of abilities makes short of a lot of the harder enemies in the game.
In terms of making this one better, we gotta keep in mind it's on the SNES, thus making the controls a bit stiff compared to e.g. the pc-version, but I found the speedrun to be of my liking.
I'd say go for it.
