Error bolded for you Radix. Wink
Thread title:
hello there
Sonic just got 10 times faster. Tongue

Poor Radix, he works so hard...
It was fixed. Problem solved.
Except that nate did not transfer my run from VHS Tongue

True, radix is working too hard...
Great run by the way.
Thanks  Grin

Seconded.
Thirded

I've never actually tried running through the stages before, so I learned a few things in the later levels. Didn't know about that second secret tunnel in Windy Valley, and some nice shortcuts in hot shelter!

nice job!

Now we just need a Knux and Big run I believe
When will the speed running gods bless us with a Big the Cat speed run?!  WHEEEEEEEEEEEEN!?

.......

Oh, and... forth...ed...ned....ded.  Forthednedded?

*looks into crystal ball of magic*

I forsee a big the cat speedrun sometime in the not too distant future
Thanks again everyone  Smiley

Big the cat run shouldn't be too hard. Just get close to froggy, throw the lure, make it notice it is there, fish him out quickly, and repeat for all stages. Plus, chaos 6 is a joke Tongue

Knuckles though, that's gonna be a pain. There you're going to need some massive luck. Casinopolis isn't too hard, since you have a hintball right in front of you when starting that tells you the location, so just take it, get the shard, restart, get another, restart and get the last. Red mountain and especially Sky Deck though, good luck!
I'd try the Knux run, but I only have the Dreamcast version where you can't skip the cut scenes.

That doesn't matter, cutcscenes aren't timed [in order] to make PC, DC, and GC versions comparable.
DC and DX thought aren't comparable. The dreamcast version is more glitchy, has a few more tricks and has no free camera option.

Still, go for it though, as knuckles doesn't have any major disadvantage or advantage on DC over GC. Btw, what do you mean that you can't skip cutscenes? I was able to when i still had a DC  :-/

That still doesn't matter, any of those newly found glitches exit level bounderies (ex: Casinopolis), which can't be done according to SDA rulings.

Are you sure? I could never skip cutscenes on mine, that's why I never did Super Sonic more than once ..
