For the record, the audio commentary is ahead by a few seconds based on this moment where the runner notes the slow-down before it's happened, (at 9:15)

About how much farther ahead would you say it is? I can probably add a few seconds of silence to the commentary.

You need to open it with VLC (dunno if WMP will do) and select the second audio track from the audio tab.

Like LotBlind said, Yua/anri-chan puts the audio commentary onto audio track 2 so that there's still a track with the game audio only. I'm not sure just how many players support a second audio track, but VLC is definitely one of them.
