I do plan on going and offering NG 1 2 and 3 pacifist

if duckfist wants to or anyone wants to pick up NG2 pacifist i wouldnt mind racing currently my PB is 30 minutes but i have just been strat grinding mainly while doing runs and only been doing runs for about 2 weeks alot of off-stream practice with  testing new strats out

NG1 i have a new PB of 15:10 and still wanna improve it i have found a bunch of small time savers since SGDQ dont mind sharing i have a mic so i can do a full tutorial if you are interested
NG3 no one else does pacifist but wouldnt be hard to pickup if anyone is interested

Sorry everyone, I should have been more specific about what I was looking for.

A marathon relay would be more of an experimental thing for the organizers to test it out and see if it is worthy of longer relays (e.g. Mega Man). I would want ONLY NG 1 - 3 any% runs for these purposes. Reason being that it would be easier to follow for audiences and it has the best chances of being accepted IMO. As far as why only NES NG games, it is for tech reasons and logistics. There would be no need to change consoles so setup would only take place once. There would also be no need to change cartridges and both teams would use a Powerpak or Everdrive. This would keep things as simple and seamless as possible for both the runners and tech crew.

@gusmancini: I would say that if the relay does not happen NG3 pacifist would be great. NG1 pacifist is very unlikely to happen since it was just at SGDQ and has already been at a recent AGDQ. NG2 has not been done before so that could get in possibly.

As far as pacifist races go, they are unlikely because it is too difficult to get runners that can consistently complete the game in the same timeframe. I am not saying this to discourage you, it is just the feedback I have gotten from marathon organizers.
That's fine sinister i'm not the one to get too salty about things like this i was going to learn NG2 any% in the possibility that none of my runs were accepted with that said if the relay does happen I can be backup just in case something happens and you need another runner last minute kinda thing however idk where i will stand by then which is why i'm saying backup

No need to be a backup, you can be one of the NG2 runners provided your time is low by that point. With how much time is left until the marathon you should be able to get sub 11 pretty easily.

Great job to everyone who participated in the relay at AGDQ 2015! It went better than anyone expected and was one of the highlights of the marathon.

No reason we cannot have another NG relay online at some point. Anyone down for that?
It certainly would be a great watch. Would be interesting to be other side of the relay for once.
