Well, what the title says. As I've gathered from actually doing this several times(And reading the updated submission page), the process for sending in a VHS tape is:
Contact Radix with various vital statistics on the run, and ask if it's okay to send out the tape.
If Radix says "sure," send tape off to Nate, sending him (Nate) an e-mail at some point warning him a tape is on the way.
Send Radix (NOT Nate) comments on the tape.
This (Especially the last one) was something that was actually not made clear to me until the second time I sent in a tape. Additionally, nothing on the site, including the updated submission page (And I've checked that, rules, and the FAQ), really spells out the process from start-to-finish. Maybe this is by design, but if not, having the process explicitly stated at some point on any of the tapes would be a big help.
