I love YaBB 1G - SP1!
I'm using Pinnacle Systems - Dazzle Digital Video Creator 150 - DVC-150.

I have read the Metriod tutorial, but that pretty much only covers how to capture a run via a tape....I need to know how to eliminate interlacing in my video, when I just plug my capture card into my tv, and record.

I have tried capturing in different resolutions, exported in different codec, increasing frame rate....nothing works.

Please help Sad

I record straight to my computer from my capture card, and Nate's FAQ worked fine for me for getting rid of the interlacing.

I'm addicted to games
If you capture at 480 lines (576 pal) you get interlacing.
If you capture at 240 lines (288 pal) you don't.

If you have a card that can do the larger number, you should, so that you can deinterlace to full fps.

Of course, that's a difficult process. It's a lot easier to just mail tapes to nate.
