Is it an accepted  console to speedrun. I didn't see it in the faqs and thats my snes nes console i have.

For submitting times here, no.  It's basically an emulator built into physical hardware.  If the game's community allows them you can for submitting to their LBs though.  Most cases communities have a short list of approved emulators if they allow them.

Thanks for the clarification, any official snes emulator i can use? Because finding an original SNES is going to be really difficult for me.

no, the FC Twin is a famiclone.  Different device that has NES/SNES in one.  I originally thought he was referencing the one you're talking about too, so I googled it.
