Hi,

Does anyone know what the licensing for files submitted to SDA is? I want to create a backup of the site on IPFS, but want to make sure this wouldn't break any rules.

There is no licencing. It's still your run and you can store or publish it as you wish after submitting to SDA.
As for SDA, video files of accepted submissions are hosted on local servers and uploaded to archive.org. If a run is obsoleted, it will be removed from the SDA servers, but will still be available on archive.org. For information, you will not have direct access to these versions of the videos.
