Remember your mantra.
This is a relatively new game released by PigFarmer Games for the PC.
In short, it is a Resident Evil clone based on the Halloween Film Franchise. It is pretty short, and I've found a Glitch that skips about 1/4 of the game.

Rout
-------------
-Go Upstrair, get Remote from Billy's Room, and a Flashlight in his parents room
-Turn on the TV
-Phone rings, go answer
-Go to closet to get Jack's Phone Number
-Billy Stole it, catch him
-Call Billy
-Collect Milk from the fridge, and Cereal on the counter
-Give to Billy, get liqour cabinet key
-Grab Booze from 1st Guest Room
-Find Billy passed out in front of the TV
-Answer Door
-Run to kitchen for a beer
-Return to Jack and make him investigate
-Walk through the door with Jack*
-Grab Screwdriver from his body, return to house
-Go upstairs, down the vent to the basement
-Collect Bolt Cutter, Ammo, and Bedroom Key
-Return to the top floor
-Enter 2nd Guestroom, get Revolver and Ammo
-Go to back yard, open shed (Make sure not to go where Jacks body was*)
-Get Gasoline
-Go to garage, use on car
-Kill the boogeyman
* = Here is the 'glitch', or it's more of a bug actually. If Jack walks through the door by himself, the game will progress as normal, and you have to deal with the boogeyman for the rest of the game. However, if you simply walk behind him, you can exit as he does, which confuses the game, and you can progress without having him chase you, as well as skipping a small segment where you must wake up Billy.
** = Because of the above, if you get too close to where his body used to be, the Boogeyman will appear and chase you.
The whole run should take less than 15 minutes.
I recommend changing the controls, because the default ones are very annoying.
