AGDQ 2016 Donation Incentives (Offers are now closed)

Alright, yet another update.

We feel like a lot of runners may have missed the information about incentives due to a rather low number of offers, so were going to extend the offer deadline until next Monday, the 21st. Incentives can be submitted until the end of the 21st. So keep them coming.

Is it possible to add another item to a list of options for an excepted incentive?

The donation incentive for Portal 2 seems to be missing even though it got accepted in submissions, and the estimate is already included in the schedule

Funkmaster - Sorry it took me a bit to hear back from commitee. they are fine with the additional sound file option so i will update that on the list.

Drastnikov - We have not recieved any donation incentives through the form for Portal 2. If you would please fill it out and submit it so I can add it to the list for the commitee.

Drastnikov - let me relay that to committee. 99/100 times that measn your incentive for the stage 6 DLC is a go, but i don't see it on the schedule yet so let me get that clarified. Apologies for the confusion, in the meantime if you don't mind go ahead and fill out the submission form in the first post of this thread just so I have it in my running list.

Yeah no problem mate, just got a bit confused why it wasn't there Smiley

I mean the estimated time for our run + Bonus incentive is already added to the schedule lol

Donation incentives are now closed, every submission has been added to the running list.

swordsmankirby: i'm inquiring with the committee for an estimate on when they think they will be done with the final list of accepts/rejects for the incentives. As soon as i have that information I will pass it on to everyone.

Thank you again for everyone that submitted and for your patience with our new process of using this form. As I said it's my hope that we will be able to streamline this much more going forward with SGDQ2016.

Just wondering what the status is on the Spelunky HD donation incentive? It's one of the few without an Accept or Reject on it.

Drastinikov - Once incentives are finalized they will all get added into the tracker (our running ticker that allows the viewers to donate for various incentives) which will update the schedule and such. That likely won't happen til close to the marathon as it's one of the last things added into the tracker.

Kinnijup - I am still waiting to hear back from the Committee on when they think they will be done with the final rounds of accept/rejects. It may not be til after the holiday but i will post when all the decisions have been made.

So when Outlast was accepted, I was under the impression that my All Chapters submission would be a donation incentive based on the acceptance note from the staff. Is that not the case? I know I submitted another incentive and mentioned it in there, but I don't see it on the schedule. I just want to be sure so I can know what to expect so I'm not wasting my time practicing something that may or may not be.

Looks like there are still decisions to be made for a few incentives. Amnesia, Demon's Souls, and THPS2 to be specific. Any feedback on when we can expect to know the outcome? I'm practicing THPS2 regardless but it would be good to know.

guished - apparently my last few edits didn't get saved, i've updated Amenesia and THPS2 with their committee decisions. Only one left is Dark Souls which for some reason got shuffled out of the master sheet of responses, I am getting clairification on that one ASAP and that should be every possible incentive.

My apologies for those last few incentives that didn't have their final information up pre-holiday.

I think the GDQ staff is aware of this, but just for clarification, my incentive of All Stages for Strider 2 is for a different category and if met the estimate and category on stream will be changed from 20:00 -> 25:00 and Any% -> All Stages, correct? Currently, the extra time was just added on to setup, but I'm assuming that is just in case the incentive isn't met and why my incentive is listed as "Bonus Incentive" instead of "Donation Incentive" like most others.

Chuckles - You are correct, if a game has an incentive met that changes it's category/estimate/etc that information is changed on the stream information.

The list should be finalized fully now. The only remaining question was demon's souls which committee informed me was a waitlist game and therefore was not eligible for donation incentive offers. If anyone sees any other issues please let me know!

Any update on the Outlast All Chapters situation? I noticed the "set up time" is 10 min, which was the difference in time between Any% and All Chapters categories I submitted, so maybe that's why that is there? Especially, considering the difference in "set up time" compared to other games. So I don't know...
