This would add 3 short levels to the Descent run: S1 is notable for being the only level in the entire game with a sequence break, which skips gathering the red key altogether. S2 is notable for being the shortest level in the game (and as a result very easily doable while blindfolded, if you'd like something a little silly). S3 isn't anything special beyond a couple very briefly dangerous points, but it's also relatively short.
Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn and Path of Radiance are both in a bid war so that's the big incentive.
An extra incentive is likely to be Deathless runs, in both games several characters are killed off to save time. In Path of Radiance only Mordecai is killed because it wastes time to set up for him to survive, he has already done his job for the run. In Radiant Dawn, the Chapter 3-Endgame victory condition is for 80 deaths to be accumulated including Allies, Enemies and your own units, it's ~1 minute faster to kill off your 3 player units. In both runs it's possible to complete the game with 0 player deaths which is favorable for most casual players, who likes watching their favorite characters die? This seems like an incentive that would favor Radiant Dawn more than PoR and I recognize that but I'm only throwing it out there.
The usual File Name incentive (4 characters, 3 slots) Could have an incentive to show off a white sprite/black sword+shield link (would have to kill myself in a dungeon and loses a variable amount of time, probably 15s+) Link to sprite glitch: http://www.twitch.tv/andy/b/601935412?t=1h47m11s Other than that I guess you could do an incentive for either Mirror Blind (the pixelated mess I did at SGDQ) vs Color Blind (changes the color palettes during the fight)
Now that I've given up on trying to do most of 1-2 at 1 health, I can consistently do the camera glitch incentives in Whizz with less than a minute of time loss. It should be safe to lower the additional time to 1 minute or get rid of it entirely (I've only had a couple practice runs go over 20 minutes, and those were both runs where something went terribly wrong the end of a long level, which hopefully won't happen during the marathon).
Sorry it took this long for our donation incentives for Kingdom Hearts, we have a lot of potential Donation Incentives, and we've grouped a lot together:
1. The KH1.5 Vs. 2FM Bid War obviously 2. Lv. 1 Data Organization RTA (Note: Would need about 30 minutes added to the estimate to fit this in, but I have all the confidence in the world it would be worth it and super-impressive. Essentially 13 super Bosses defeated at Level 1 in Boss Rush Form. Any fan of Kingdom Hearts will be blown away by this, example video: (WR) 3. Disney Song requests. (I'm thinking like Top 5 most donated for will get sung during the auto-scroller sections, we could obviously do more/less of those, but after doing this donation incentive at so many online/onsite marathons in the past, this feels like the sweet spot. Up to you though)
1. Soda% - I will play the game with a soda bottle in my right hand for the run. The lowered controller stability adds a legitimate challenge and the gimmicky nature has really done well at past marathons such as JRTAmarathon and Seamergency 2014. Added bonus: more possible puns in donation comments!
2. Handcam - I'll leave it up to the GDQ staff if this should be standard or an incentive in my case, since there is already an incentive related to controls. I would be doing all controls one-handed in any case, so at least the possibility of handcam is a must and this tends to be a popular incentive
3. Language Choice bid war - Change the language of the voice acting. Options include English, Japanese, German, Italian, Spanish, and French. If not an incentive I will go with German for the gloriously amusing voice of Sam. Like soda%, this has done fairly well in recent online marathons.
Tetris the Grandmaster exhibition. Runners : Qlex and friends 1. Colour_thief will play the race one-handed. Bid war on which hand he will be using 2. Donation incentive for secret grade Secret grade is a grade given when the player builds a snake hole pattern (here's the video of a 2 minute secret GM grade by our specialist Kitaru). It's 2 3 minutes long and Kitaru is consistent enough to show at least 80% of the whole field in one go. If that donation incentive is met, it's very likely to be when someone else (KevinDDR) plays the beginning of the TGM3 main mode (Master), since the beginning starts off really slow and there's nothing much to say aside from stuff that's been said before.
Requesting to change the donation incentive for Radical Rex from "Hard Mode" to "Show Cutscenes". I just don't have the time to work on hard mode in the coming weeks. The cutscenes are a somewhat weak incentive, but it's something. They're goofy, take probably 1-2 minutes altogether, and is simple for me to work in. I don't know if these types of incentives have performed well for unknown games at past events, so I'll leave it to Mike's discretion whether or not to allow it.
It's looking like we can do a donation goal for River City Ransom
Save the Girlfriend Don't Save the Girlfriend.
In addition, saving the girlfriend would be dangerously close to 100%, so Save the Girlfriend incentive is 100%, and Don't Save the Girlfriend will be any%. 100% will entail a few extra bosses and will fall well within the current estimate given.
I'm part of the TAS Block, helping with the Mario Kart 64 Gauntlet portion
Extra Lap - We can add an additional lap to what should already be a crazy race. Choco mountain laps are usually pretty short, so I expect this would only add ~1 minute to this portion of the TAS Block.
...I expect this would only add ~1 minute to this portion of the TAS Block.
And I do not believe this will cause us to exceed the 40 minutes total in our block. Please note that I am still trying to get someone to fix the schedule so we can split the three games up into their own entries on the schedule so as to appropriately recognize the work the various groups have done and to allow for more specific donation incentives like this one.
Donation Incentive: Public release of a movie file to create a mystery game inside of SMW. As was the case at AGDQ 2014 we'll be using Super Mario World and taking total control of it, but what p4plus2 has created with assistance from Masterjun for AGDQ 2015 is far more impressive than Pong and Snake. I think this donation incentive should not be time-limited, but should have a high value such as $10k; once the value is reached, we will publicly release the movie file that will allow viewers to play the game-within-a-game. I'm very, very flexible on how all of this works out, even to the point of saying up-front what the mystery game is if it makes sense to do so. Thanks for the consideration!
For the Goof Troop race, please add a bid war for Blechy & I to race as Goofy or Max (we will both play as the character selected, not "one player uses Goofy and the other uses Max"). The two have several differences that make for appreciably different solo runs, but you can summarize it as "Goofy is strong but slow, while Max is fast but weak."

Is there finally a setup in place so that viewers/donators can read some explanation for the donation incentives?
Hmm, not from the donation page, (you have to view the other list or the incentive itself) but that's not a bad idea. Probably too late to implement that this event, though.

For what it's worth I've been suggesting it for a few years.
