Something that needs to be addressed as the marathon approaches is the minimum donation amounts required to be entered for each prize.  I suspect about 70-80% of the prizes will be priced at 5$ as per usual, but I still need to know which ones should have a higher dollar value so I can enter them into the tracker.
Crawlathon WR, get down on my level.
Also, for those who may not see it, anyone who has officially submitted a prize to the marathon, please read this thread and respond:

http://forum.speeddemosarchive.com/post/agdq_2013_prize_submission_info_submitted_a_prize_read_this.html
A couple of other things that were noticed when entering prizes:

- Some of the Steam/GoG grab-bag prizes are re-listed as game prizes under the PC (meat boy -> Keen 6) block, I'm guessing that was an accidental duplication?  If so, should they be entered as game prizes or grab-bag prizes? (it matters because any given person can only win at most 1 prize of each type).

- Surreallemming is listed as giving away 4 steam copies of Fallout Collection during the PC block, and 3 steam copies of Fallout Collection during fallout 1 & 2.  So, is he giving away 3, 4, or 7 copies of the game in total?

- l34ssl3oost has '2 or 3 good condition games with manuals, to be given out during their respective games' listed under AwfulGDQ prizes, is there any point we'll find out which games those are.

LLCoolDave (who very generously did, and was totally not forced into doing like, 90% of the work for me) might have some other things he noticed as well.
Some of the picture links in the first page don't work anymore, so I skipped them in that case. Otherwise, all of the remaining prizes in the original post are now entered in the tracker, although bid limits still need to be adjusted and are $5 by default.
I had a good run making this beadsprite to be a prize. 02:02:02.78

SMK: The steam packs and gog.com prizes should be entered as game prizes if they're on the schedule.

Also I am going to piss you off because a lot of the prizes are not 5 dollars. Like I said earlier, I will try my hardest to go over the prices by January 1st or 2nd at the very latest.

Is it too late to donate prizes? Missed the deadline by a bit it seems but I'm sure I could get things to you in time.

Here's a list of what I have so far to donate, tried to stick to games that would be run or are usually run in Japanese. All games are cartridge only, Japanese versions.

Rockman & Forte (SFC) for megaman block - game is being played
Holy Diver (FC) - for ?? castlevania block, i don't know if this is a bonus or donation incentive buuut people seemed hype over it in #smw marathon
Super Mario World (SFC) - yup
Yoshi's Island (SFC) - yup
Super Donkey Kong 2 (SFC) - this is the common speedrun version i think? don't know if it's being played in japanese at marathon
Pokemon Green (GB) - this is really popular based on sales and it wasn't released in the US, version differences etc, novelty item
Super Mario 64 (N64) - yup
Super Metroid (SFC) - rom is literally identical to US

edit: added super metroid

edit2: confirmed for above list, will take pictures before shipping out
Is PJ
Holy smokes, R&F cart would be an amazing prize.  That'd be super generous.  :O

I mean, everything else is super generous too, obviously.  But that's a tough cart to get.  ^_^
Couple of tiny changes to what im donating -

the 2 ARkham City copies are now GOTY editions
now have 2 braids instead of 1
3 sonic generations instead of 1, and with the casino nights DLC
And a THQ colletion [http://store.steampowered.com/sub/18778/] which includes Darksiders/Darksiders , so might be good for that block?

Sorry for the late changes sales consumed me a bit x3

EDIT:Whoops also forgot 5x copies of Sonic 3 & Knuckles, and tosa that all the games are steam gift copies ^_^
I'd like to make one more beadsprite/perler as a prize; something big and desirable that garners a lot of donations. Do we have any popular games that still need prizes (or more prizes)? If not, I'll just pick a popular franchise and run with it.
Super Mario RPG currently only has one prize associated with it and I'm sure there's the possibility for some groupshot type of perler for that game so that's my suggestion.

Prizes updated, we're at almost 250 now... Shipping is going to be insane.

My feelings on The Demon Rush
I hear the steam games make up 58 of those prizes. This means that none of the steam games are bundled and that is a HUGE mistake. No one will care about the Steam games unless if we bundle them, except for a couple of the more recent ones like Batman: Arkham City. Since I've gone over most of the donation incentives, I'll be around for scouring prizes either tomorrow or the next day to cut down on excessive prizes, possibly save some for next year, and figure out what to do with grab bag.
Terraffirmative!
Last thing, I was pretty sure I had this but I only recently tracked it down so yea

Fantastically, it involves crossdressing
Fucking Weeaboo
Fark yes! I LOVED THAT COMIC.

Yoshi! (Translated: Yoshi!)
Insane Killer Robot
I used to own that comic, I am unsure if I still do or not.  But man, it was great.  Nintendo Power was good back in the day.

Bundled most of the "lesser" steam games into 10 packs of roughly equal value for the PC section, moved a couple of newer games as prizes to their respective game.
Added Super Mario Adventures Comic to SMB3
Added Meat Boy T-Shirt to Super Meat Boy
Extended N64 prize to Portal 2 - Goldeneye so most larger donations towards the 100% Goldeneye run are eligable for the N64 prize.

Adjusted minimum bids for most prizes, list still far from finalized.
My feelings on The Demon Rush
I think I've added most of the prizes to the schedule. I still need to sort through some of the steam stuff, but I think this is good for now.
My feelings on The Demon Rush
I have no idea who sent this, but I have every single pokemon perler in the world now.

I also received Sambrea's cross-stitches, and they are awesome.

The pokémon were from me.  The Sword Familiar will be on it's way today.
We require more minerals

arrived today
Howdy!
The FrankerZ controller will have to spend some more time with me until next marathon, due to financial reasons that hindered my ability to ship it on time.

These a couple perlers that were prizes for Sandython, but the winners never responded so I'm going to make them prizes for AGDQ.

In addition to the prizes listed above I have added a LttP 1.0 cart and Super Mario RPG. (These were actually shipped out on the 2nd).

Someone in IRC wanted all the pics, but they're not online at the moment. Here is the full album: http://imgur.com/a/WhY4t

Here's a pic of everything but Pokemon Green:
I finally got around to making an album of the in-progress pictures of the construction of my Triforce prize.
