If you donated a prize for SGDQ 2013, we will be sending out the emails to winners soon!

When you ship the prizes, be sure to keep the receipts for shipping and materials (if you had to buy them), because that is how you are going to get reimbursed!

Emailing receipts:

If you scanned the receipts (or if all of the receipts are electronic), then you want to send them to Charlie Kunzer's email, which is

Snail mailing receipts:

If you want to ship your receipts by mail, then the address is:

Make sure the receipts are addressed directly to Charlie, because she'll be the one handling them.

Reimbursement

They prefer check, but Charlie can also reimburse you via Paypal.

Since I'm shipping a quite fragile item, is insurance something that will be reimbursed? I feel this will not be inexpensive to ship. Also, any word yet on being reimbursed via check?

Also, I'm looking into options since prize winner is in France. I will probably prefer priority shipping, especially given the difference in cost from what I've seen so far. Does DWB/MSF care if I use a more expensive shipping option?

DW, I think DWB/MSF will be fine if you use a slightly more expensive shipping option. Also, Charlie said as long as the insurance is on the receipt you'll be reimbursed for it.

Mike, what email address are you using to contact us (not the winners) with? I wanna white list you in my email account so I can make sure it doesn't wind up in spam (my main gets so much spam, it's ridiculous). I hope you haven't tried to contact me already, but I haven't seen anything that looks like it's from you...

Doicm: Yes, now there are a couple of emails I just received so you might get an email soon, we'll see. However, it's not incredibly uncommon when the winner doesn't respond. If I had to guess, about 10% of the winners don't respond.

Sir VG: I've tried contacting you for a couple of prizes, so I guess they didn't go through. I can resend the emails from my speeddemosarchive.com address (same username as the forum). Just tell me when you whitelist my address.

Ok, I've whitelisted it (and hopefully the backup whitelists everybody on staff at SDA). I did do a search through the spam folder but didn't see any emails.

Edit 08.28: Email came through from you no problems. I can now work on getting it packed up and sent out.
