Borderlands 2 Glitch Hunter/ router.
This is less a question of how to capture a 3DS' output and more a question of if anyone knows or a 'Legit' (If you can call it that) 3DS emulator because I want to record game footage and I'm not willing to pay $250+ for a capture solution and the easiest way I can think of is to capture from an emulator.

It's not for a speedrun or anything like that, It's actually for educational purposes.

Anyway if anyone knows of anything which will not infect my computer with god knows how many plug-in's, new home pages, and other malwarie kind of shit let me know.

Thanks (^_^)

Doesn't exist at the moment, however, iirc I think I've heard talks of someone working on one. Either way, it'll be years before a 3DS emu is around most likely.
Wait, what input was that again?
There is a 3DS Emu around, called Citra. Most games still do not work, some run, and a few even full speed. Sound emulation is not yet supported, and everything is very unfinished, so it will take a while for it to come around.

Excellent!
The next best option is to use a camera setup and record the game like that.

There are some very nice setups for it, you'll still spent some money because of the camera but it's the next best option.

There's quite a few youtube videos showcasing this and they go into details about it.
