That actually resolves a lot of problems if I can get it to work as dungeon 6 was my biggest hurdle to beating Ganon under the rain.
Also, fighting any boss when you glitch in won't help you too much. It will consider as if you beat the boss of the dungeon you are in. Ether is the drop item for Hyrule Castle(useful!), and nothing at all drops for the caves. I'm pretty sure you can get the Pennants and Crystals in odd ways that way. No, I have no idea what happens for Ganon's tower. It's beyond my ability to test. If you want to legitimately get a drop reward from a boss, you have to enter the dungeon legitimately.
