Sorry I've been gone so long. Other stuff has distracted me a lot, and Band eats up so much freakign time.

Now that Marchign season is over, I should be able to play more. I still need to research how to record, but after that, it should be downhill from there... sorry about constant delays. ;_;

Can fraps record it? Cause I had no problems recording Rogue Squadron 3d with it.

Though I did have problems getting Alliance to run on XP, and thus never played it.

There's a patch for Alliance that allows you to record... but i haven't figured otu the button/combination used for it. either way... I still need to practice more to get back to my former skill...

EDIT:

Okay, because the recording system in X-Wing Alliance sucks, I downloaded FRAPS.

... I'm going to need a bit to:
A. Get good with the game while FRAPS is on
B. Stop feeling motion-sick when FRAPS is on.

Once I get that down, I'm hoping to go one mission at a time... as in, completing one in Story mode, and then recording. if that's possible, then hope for more updates sooner or later.

Okay... I've stopped feeling motion-sick when FRAPS is on, but the problem is it's only recording 30-second incriments.

This is a hassle, because I'll get used to it being on in select times, and that's not going to help.

Also, for this I'll be uploading a few vids to Youtube... partly for the hell of it (for Alliance vids) and partly to get input on what I can improve or not...
