I am looking at getting into Link to the Past speedrunning and I have managed to get a LttP JP v1.0 cart, but I found out that my SNES AC port is broken, so I can't modify it to play the Japanese cart.

I am looking for a SFC or something else that can play the SFC carts.

There are plenty of Super Famicoms available from Japan. As low as 20$ including shipping.
