you can have a pal snes modded to play most (almost all?) pal games in 60hz and play us/jp cartridges. for example here http://www.wolfsoft.de/shop/product_info.php/products_id/8370/cPath/133_144/super-nintendo/umbau-supernintendo-%28snes%29.html

actually, it's the only place i know of that offers this. dunno if you could get that for cheaper .. but cheaper than importing a snes from the us it should most likely be.

Afaik those output at PAL-60 and also dont work for certain games like Yoshis Island, SMRPG, Doom, MMX2, MMX3, KSS and a bunch of other games. Importing a SNES usually costs around 50€ so I'd advice you to go with that.

especially for the ebay link^^ I just bought Skyblazer there.
getting a SNES+cable shoudn't be so hard

EDIT: I'll have to wait a bit, for now on ebay I'd have to pay about 90€
and to record something I need to buy a DVD Recorder too. Can someone recommend a DVD Recorder for me that supports PAL and NTSC?

As for a dvd recorder, it depends on how much you wanna spend. The important thing you have to look out for is that it allows PAL and NTSC input. The one I use is a Sony HX785.
