I'm pretty sure I have one lying around in good condition. If I find it, I'll sell it to you for 45 dollars, not including shipping. If you're in the states, then shipping will be less than 10 dollars. If you're outside the US, then it'll probably be 10-15 dollars, depending on where you live.
