This seems like there's an easy fix, but I can't seem to figure it out.  I hit my first split in Wsplit when I hit the start button on my controller, but video in Xsplit lags behind.  So, on stream, it looks like I'm starting it earlier and timing is off a few seconds.  My set up is an Elgato Game Capture + Xsplit.

You can see what I mean in the first 20 seconds here:

is there some way to sync these up?  Thanks for any help.

unfortunately there is no way you can sync wsplit with the Elgato. I also suffer from this too. Alternately, you can still use it for yourself, you just can't broadcast it live to show it on stream.

I have a lame work around for it. Use a web cam or camera and point it at the screen of your computer showing your wsplit. Set a delay for your camera and now both sources should be in-sync with each other lol.

yeah, as you saw, i've been doing a 1.5 second delay in wsplit, which is not much of a solution.  Looks like i'll be on the hunt for a different cap card then.

why is there always a catch with streaming tech  (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻

edit: 3/22/14-- i've ordered an Avermedia C027 to replace it
