I guess if you can't find better alternatives to play these games, then yeah, sure, go for it. Just tried it again though, and it's a shitty laggy mess, as expected. I can't believe UT3 was a choice.
So I checked, and there's a whole bunch of runnable games that both have demos and are beatable within 30 minutes:
