Hi all, I looked into this and couldnt find anything, direct me if I'm wrong.

I recently bought super Mario 64 on virtual console in the wii mode in wii u, (PAL) and have been playing it. I find it to be quite slow and not as fast as others I've seen. Is it just slower because it's in wii mode? If so any ways to resolve?

It's slower because its just a rom of the PAL version of SM64, which only runs in 25FPS. If you're used to the American or Japanese SM64, that would be why it would seem slow to you. Both of those versions are 30 FPS. So you're playing a game 5/6th as fast.

Not to my knowledge. I'm not a SM64 runner though.
