A/V are both good. Audio levels seem to fluctuate once in awhile, but that honestly might be the game. Definitely nothing I'd even consider rejecting over. No signs of cheating.
This run is really incredible. __sgdq put a ton of work into this route, and found a load of improvements over my SDA run! This is a significant improvement both in execution and in routing. His comments are extremely detailed and touch on pretty much all of the mistakes that he made, so he is already well aware of where he can improve. The luck was far above average and his execution was spot-on for the entire run. His two suicides could've been done faster, but I can definitely understand the hesitation in a run like this.
I give this a strong accept! I may try to give this run some competition but it is a tremendous improvement and a very solid run. AGDQ hype!

Thanks, everyone! I'd still like to improve this, but I'm pretty happy with it.
Would 100% be all rockets or all rockets+flags? There's a counter for flags, so it seems like flags should be included. On the other hand, getting all the flags would be really boring. :/
Also, I need to stop playing EarthBound first. >_<
