I figured out some new strats with the Cash Run Challenges app today.

Open up the Cash Run Challenges app after Brandon Docks ctOS. Keep the app open all the way until where A2M2 is. Try to start the mission as quickly as possible once you exit the app. That should skip the map locator thing that always come up, saving about 10 seconds. This is the only instance that I've found where the mission shows up before the map thing.

A new place to create the teleport point is after A1M2 when you're talking with Badboy over the phone. You have enough time to steal a car and go all the way to where A2M4 and A2M5 start. Create a teleport point there after the phone conversation is finished. Then drive as quickly as you can to the gun shop. For some reason I didn't have to go inside the store at all to complete the objective. You don't have to rob the shop anymore now with the new teleport strats. Time is lost for making the teleport point, but you save a lot of time for A2M4 and A2M5.

I don't know why the teleport after A4M7 doesn't work anymore. It just makes A4M8 spawn in the different place no matter where I put the teleport. But it did work before when I tested the strat.

I might do some videos of the new strats so people can see them.

I managed to find new strats for A1M3 of the main game. It is basically doing the hacking stuff through the window instead of through the other cameras. Here it is:

This is the map locator skip after Brandon Docks ctOS that I was talking about:

And here's the teleport example. I still don't know why the objective for the 416 rifle completes. It didn't do that for me every time, so it is safer to just point the gun at the shop guy.

Wake up and be awesome
God damn dude, you really are a Machine! Keep up the good work

I think I figured out all of the teleports to use in the any% run. Here is one that saves time. The teleport is worth it if you manage to get the quick kill on the firetruck.

Teleports that Save Time:

1. Teleport to A2M4 (Created after A1M2)
2. Teleport to A2M5 (Created after A1M2. This is the same teleport point as the one to A2M4.)
3. Teleport to A2M9 (Created on way to Brandon Docks ctOS)
4. Teleport to A2M12 (Created outside of Brandon Docks ctOS)
5. Teleport to A2M14 (Created after Wards ctOS on way to A2M6)
6. Teleport to Pawnee ctOS (Created on way to cemetery during Act 1. The teleport is only faster if you get the quick kill.)
7. Teleport to A3M6 (Created after Wards ctOS on way to A2M6. Note that this is the same teleport point as the one to A2M14)
8. Teleport to A4M2 (Created after Mad Mile ctOS)
9. Teleport to A4M6 (Created after A2M1)
10. Teleport to A4M7 (Created after Mad Mile ctOS. This is a different teleport point from the one to A4M2.)

The new strats should allow for a sub 3:50 time if things go well.
It should be easier to create the teleport point by disabling the coin auto-drop. You can place the first coin anywhere you want. Then the second coin can be dropped where you want to teleport to. You teleport to the last created coin if you go to edit challenge.

I don't know why the route didn't have the teleport to the Pawnee hideout after A3M2. It is apparently faster to teleport there and order a car/bike than to drive all the way to A3M3 by at least 20 seconds. The Cash Run teleport can also be done there, but the hideout teleport is faster.
Found a small time saver in A2M12. You can just use a blackout for the section after the forced slow motion (where the first enforcer spawns) to run past all the enemies. There is no need to stop and kill anyone in that part.

Just did an any% speedrun in 4:01:29. I probably should not have done this run because my PC doesn't even meet the minimum requirements (I only have 4 GB of ram right now, but I had 8 GB before one of my ram sticks broke). However, my CPU and GPU are fine. The run was a lagfest, so my timing was off in many places. My Act 1 was 44:35 with over 1 minute lost. It was a terrible run overall with minute time losses in missions such as A2M9, A2M10, A3M1, A3M6, A4M2, etc. Also, my game softlocked during the last mission after the final hack, which lost me 4 minutes (it would've been WR if not for that).

I will also have to figure out why I couldn't teleport to the hideout after A3M2.

There probably won't be another run for a while until I fix my hardware issue. I did record my run, so let me know if you want to see it.
If it wouldn't be a problem for you to post it that would be great. Especially since there are new strats since ougas run it wil be a new experience. Thank you coming up with the new strats and just being a few minutes off the wr.
I will warn you that the run is extremely laggy overall. It even freezes for a couple seconds in some places. But I will show it once it has finished uploading; this will take a while because the file size is over 60 GB. I promise you that there will be a much better run in the future with minimal lag.

I figured out why I couldn't teleport to the Pawnee hideout after A3M2. It's because there was no hideout to teleport to! Apparently you don't get the hideout if you reload the autosave after you unlock the ctOS tower. The investigations and other stuff were still there, but the hideout was missing from the map.

Since there is no hideout to teleport to, make a teleport point after Pawnee ctOS CC to teleport to A3M3 after A3M2.
So I completed a timed run of the dlc and it was around 1 hour and 50 minutes. Act 1 was about 34 minutes, act 2 was about 46 minutes, and act 3 was about 30 minutes. This run had many mistakes which cost a couple of minutes so the time should be able to be brought down. Sadly I don't have anything to record the runs with so I couldn't record it, however this is to show what an time that uses a few strats should be around.

In act 2M2 of the dlc, it saves a lot of time if Tobias doesn't get caught so if running the dlc, just make sure to know where the enemies are going to spawn so you can kill them quickly.

Here is my run. You can already see a new strat in the first minute. I found a much more consistent way of getting through the two cops without running past them. My driving is also pretty bad in some sections, so a lot of time can be saved there. You should see how many missions I screwed up while still being close to the WR. I didn't configure my splits properly either so I messed them up.

I Imagine that at least sub 3:45 is possible with the current strats.
I forgot to mention that the dialogue skips in A3M1 change the timing of when you can leave T-Bone's place. You want to skip every line except for the "art" , "I think I like you" , and "If you blow your arm off" lines. This should allow you to leave without failing the mission when T-bone tells you to swing by the gas station. The run I did lost a few minutes there because I messed up the dialogue skips.

You can get a faster time in A5M1 if you go slower. Damien will make the second last call to you sooner if you don't reach the last steam pipe before T-bone finishes talking to you. He'll call you at the final hack if you get there very quickly. It doesn't matter how quickly you complete the final hack, but you can't continue until Damien finishes talking. Make sure you don't go too slow. Otherwise, it won't be faster to go slower. Also, do the hack as quickly as possible if you decide to go this route.

Did some Act 1 runs today and managed to get a 42:49. It wasn't even a perfect run either. I died in A1M7 and lost the bike. A1M8 was mediocre. However, everything else was good. This shows that sub 42 minutes in Act 1 is possible with a very good run.

I might have found a dialogue skip in A1M9 with the two guys in the place before the elevator. The guy in the room got alerted to my presence when I ran there very quickly, but the other guy behind the cell didn't even say anything. You can take down the guy that's coming to you, and the other guy will just start walking to the other room already. However, I only managed to get the skip two times. When I tried to reload the autosave or the mission, it didn't seem to work again even though the guy in the room would start walking towards me. It might have something to do with the fact that I started a new game 40 minutes before the point, but I'm not sure how the skip works.

Managed to get a sub 42 in Act I despite losing over a minute in A1M7. Sub 40 should be attainable with an optimal run. Keep in mind that I don't do the teleport creations or get the sniper rifle in A1M6. So a great run should be able to get sub 40:30 Act I for a full game any% (nearly 4 minutes faster than the WR). I think this shows that there is a lot of time to be saved in the full game any% run, enough to achieve sub 3:40 (3 hours 40 minutes). Also, I fixed my hardware issues so this run has minimal lag.
Got the WR in only my 2nd full game run! Sub 3:40 is definitely possible based on the mistakes I made. This run wasn't that good because I had forgotten too many small things. I was rusty on everything except for Act I and the final mission. Lost 30 seconds for messing up the quick-kill in A2M15. Then Lost over 2 minutes in A3M2 because the first security chief hid behind the building; that made it impossible to kill him without going closer. Also, there is still a lot of stutter in Act 4 and 5 for some reason. The video was mostly lag and stutter free until it got to the 3 hour mark.

Found out how to get the dialogue skip in A1M9. This strat is not used in the WR. You just have to run close to the wall before you enter that room; it alerts the guard before the other guy starts talking. Make sure you go into the corner of the room before you hack the guy's camera. He will see you through the window if you don't go to the corner of that room like I did.
I noticed an interesting thing in A2M15 of the full game any%. 2 More fixers spawned near the end, and they didn't have to be killed. They shot Aiden when he was on the computer, which interrupted his animation. I was able to move sooner than normal because of the interruption. Maybe those guys spawn if I kill the fixers in a specific way or something. Not sure what is the cause of that, but it could save some time.

Proximity IEDs can be used in A2M13 to destroy the 2 cars that come at the end. That could save several seconds from the normal steam pipe strats. The forced cutscene ends quicker, and you don't have to get the steam pipe upgrade.

You can go back into the building during A2M2 after you get the Racine skip. There is another proximity IED that you can get on a table inside, which can leave you with 4 total if you get the 3 after A1M4 in the weapon crate. And you can kill more guys for XP if you need it.

I worked on a strat found by Slayer a while back for A2M9. It didn't seem to be worth it, but I found a consistent way of doing it. You can kill the two guys who are with Bedbug by using a lure. Doing so will skip some dialogue, saving several seconds. And you shouldn't fail the mission or alert Bedbug if you do it correctly.

I also found out that you have enough time after this mission (A2M9) to go to the crafting shop before A2M10 pops up. This should allow you to stock up on electronic parts and unstable chemical components for IEDs.

I figured out how to do the Cash Run Challenges App teleport in A4M8. The reason it didn't always work is because I wasn't doing it fast enough. This is probably the hardest strat in the game. You mess it up, and you lose 30-50 seconds because you have to go the other place to start the mission. But I don't know if it's actually possible to do in a real run. You'd have to scroll all the way to the bottom of My Challenges just to get to the teleport. It's already difficult to do in the first slot, so the scrolling might make it not possible. Deleting the other teleports is an option, but that wastes time unless I can find some places to delete them.

Here is the teleport glitch after A4M7. This teleport skips the map locator thing just like the Racine one, so it saves about 10 seconds on top of the travel time. There's also an interesting glitch in which Clara doesn't seem to die.
Looks like Cyberthunder has been attempting speedruns of this game at http://www.twitch.tv/cyberthunder. It's nice to see some more competition for this game.
The name's Sheldor. InfiniteSheldor.
Yes, I'm looking forward to doing a few runs if this, looks like a fun game to speedrun
Anyone made a complete guide in detail of the skips?
Wake up and be awesome
"Fun" game to run

Sure

To my knowledge there is no full guide for the game, but a lot of what you see in the WR run is pretty self-explanatory. Talk to Random_Machine, he's basically the master with this game
One more thing to point out. Running on console is a fucking nightmare. You can't back up saves, loading takes forever (especially if you die. This also has an affect on a few of the strats, hell the driving strat from the first mission is slower on console simply because of loading times), aiming is okay but not as good as PC aiming, etc. If you can get through that, then it is kind of a fun game to run, despite a little bit of RNG here and there. I ran Chapter 1% for the longest time, and I've really wanted to get back into this game, but don't have the time for full game runs

Finally here's a list of some of the big skips:
Skipping almost all of Act 5
Racine Skip
Rabbit Skip
These are just some of the bigger ones. Random found a shit ton of smaller ones like dialogue skips, map locator skips, and almost all of the cash runs teleports (not to mention 90-95% of all the strats in the game)
Let me make it easy for you. I also suggest you watch the WR if you haven't already. Plus, here are the strats that I've worked on:
https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLobKD3MLDDcnubL5yaeyRsopGlyuun4W6
The opening cutscene for almost every mission can be skipped by restarting the mission. You might also see me reload autosaves. That is always done after the autosave comes up.

There are no full tutorials for the skips, but here are some explanations:

I don't think I told anyone the trick to doing this quick kill for the guy in A1M2 (small skip). All you need to do is hold forward and mash/tap sprint, while skipping the cutscene at the same time. It has worked for me every single time after I figure that out.

This is the A2M8 skip. Further explanation is after the videos.

If you haven't noticed, all of those early guys despawn. I believe you trick the game into thinking those guys are part of the first few guys who are supposed to spawn. You do that by driving over to those guys early. Therefore, the game despawns all of the early guys so you don't have to kill any of them.

Let me detail who you're supposed to kill/despawn/knock down for the skip:
1. All of the early guys (they despawn after Bedbug is done talking with the two guys if you do the strats correctly)
2. The first guy you kill walking near some fences
3. The guy wearing the helmet who you lure into killing (He spawns when Bedbug starts talking with the two guys. But you have to kill him after the early guys despawn)
Do all of the above correctly and the skip should work.

The skip basically requires 3 things to happen:
1. Drive the bike into the area early to make the guys spawn. Make sure those guys actually spawn. Don't go there too early or they might not spawn.  I would go there after Bedbug says "Damn, man. They expecting Trouble?"
2. Drive out after doing 1. and kill the guy who is close to the edge of the area(near some fences) by shooting him in the head.
3. Kill the guy with the helmet by luring him out. Put down a lure at the appropriate spot. Wait until Bedbug dismisses one of the guys so that he can speak with the other guy alone. Then activate the lure. Note: Wait until Bedbug is finished talking with the second guy before you kill the guy in the helmet. You can look at the map to see that some enemies will disappear. Immediately after that is the correct time to shoot the guy in the head.

This is the A3M1 Dialogue Skip. Look at the left one. Some of T-Bone's dialogue can be skipped by staying out of range from his voice.
You want to skip every line except for the "art" , "I think I like you" , and "If you blow your arm off" lines. This should allow you to leave without failing the mission when T-bone tells you to swing by the gas station.

This is the A4M4 skip. The blocker skill is required. You can also skip the dialogue by flipping Defalt's car over.

Ask me if you have any more questions.
I found out that getting a bike after leaving the roof in A1M9 can save over 20 seconds for A2M1. You can bring a bike down to the A2M1 start, and then drive it to the next location while Damien is still talking. Just make sure you don't fail the mission by driving off too early.

It is also faster to restart A4M7 at the beginning. You can get a fixed bike spawn at some place close to the mission start.

The Cash Run teleport after A4M7 can save over 40 seconds (50 s for WR). There is a boast that you can use to escape from the police after jumping down from the roof. It is faster than either the car or bike if you manage to pull off the teleport strats.
Charlocharlie did a Bad Blood any% speedrun. He said it wasn't good, but here it is:

Blackouts can be used in A3M6 and A4M8. Iraq and the enforcer are blind on the roof when you use the blackout, so it's easy enough to go up to them without them shooting you. Those guys in A4M8 also freeze when you use the blackout, and it's much easier to kill them.

I also figured out a way to do the teleport to A4M8 with more consistency. I should be able to get it every time now.
I actually speedrun bad blood dlc a lot so I can help with improving the route. However i don't have any recording software. My fastest time is 1 hour and 41 minutes.
