I've been following your videos, askarian, and they are all very efficient. Great job! (Your recently posted segmented run is also awesome, Flip!)
For your final video, here's a trick for the Shake King that wasn't used in the speedrun:
When SK is lying dazed on the ground, instead of grabbing/shaking/throwing him, use your Earthshake Punch. This will flip him and reset his stun timer, but, more importantly, he'll skip the next attack in his pattern. You can do this repeatedly, and can therefore cherry pick what attacks you want him to use (provided you've memorized his pattern). Unfortunately, in the second half of the fight, you only reset his stun timer -- skipping moves in his sequence only works in the first half of the fight.
Speedrun application:
When he does his second screen-dashing attack, after body slamming him 5 times to knock him out of the wall, use your Earthshake Punch before throwing him. He'll skip his long quadruple ground pounding move, and immediately do the earthquake attack that usually follows.
Non-speedrunning application:
During the second phase, I'm horrible at avoiding the randomly-aimed, slow-moving energy balls wihle simultaneously stomping SK as he dashes across the screen. So, when I counter his previous earthquake attack, I repeatedly Earthshake a few times to delay his actions. That way, by the time he does his 3 dashes across the screen, the wandering electric orbs have dissipated.
