I recorded this using fraps, 1280x720 @ 30fps.
The game is Dungeon Siege, running under windows xp

I read the KB and used Sony Vegas to assemble segment clips and rendered video as mp4
Motion blur is disabled, deinterlacing is set to none.

I was able to match all A/V bitrates, except for LQ I couldn't get video lower than 192Kbps

Here are the resolutions I used, since I captured @ 16:9

LQ: 480x272
MQ & HQ: 852x480
IQ: 960x540
XQ: 1280x720

LQ: http://rcpt.yousendit.com/676644546/6eed4d41d3a2b3b00fdf8d2997b18af2
MQ: http://rcpt.yousendit.com/676644892/26dbe62c8513a5f3c642ef36f1d30299
HQ: http://rcpt.yousendit.com/676645572/488615f5f6f3d2c40904db28e239488e
IQ: http://www.filedropper.com/dungeonsiegeiqtest
XQ: http://www.filedropper.com/dungeonsiegexqtest

yousendit seemed to crap out after the first 3, lol. on filedropper it seems like you have to enter a code to download.

I've played all the videos in VLC but I haven't tried any other players

To my eyes the video looks ok, LQ and MQ look pretty awful, and there seems to be a ripple which was in the source video somehow. playing the game with and without vsync didn't fix the problem so I don't think I can do anything about it. On the upside, XQ looks virtually like the actual game (apart from being at 30 fps instead of 60)
