AV is great. It's good to see an HD run supplant an SD run.
Great run. It's in every way an improvement over the previous one. My only issue is with chapter 7, where 30 seconds is spent getting yoko's tank slayer to trigger. The maximillian orders and the lancer potentials are both entirely random, and the strategy requires 6 for 6 tank slayer triggers. While what ended up in this segment is already really lucky, with 4 of the tank slayers triggering instantly, maybe this mission should have been split into two segments. Still, this segment is a significant improvement over the corresponding segment in the previous run.
Not much else to say, the rest of the run is extremely well planned and executed. This is a pretty easy accept.

I'm working my way through the files now, but some minor things to note about the AV:
-Segments 1-12 are 360p@30fps
-Segments 13-23 are 480p@30fps
-Segments 14-16 have a much larger font on the StatID than the rest
-Segments 17-23 use the new StatID image while the rest feature the quakeman one
The A/V in all of the videos are fine, just commenting on some of the dissimilarities in the files. My guess is that the runner recorded them with different devices. Again, not an issue, just pointing it out in case file consistency is desired for the final encodes.
No cheating observed; all the file times match up.
This was a great run to watch and I really enjoyed some of the improved strategies on many of the stages. I set up a breakdown of approximately where time was saved over the published run. Note that the segments don't match up in some places and some significant route changes (mainly when/how to level) also make quite a difference.
Time saved basically everywhere, except for routing changes. Planning and execution are top-notch, and I don't really have anything to add beyond that. At least one of the segments uses the Japanese audio, which I viewed as an Easter Egg of sorts.

Very well executed and improved from the existing run. Loved the Japanese audio "bonus" in one of the segments! There's just the differences in the video that another verifier brought up as well with the StatID and quality. File times are fine, no cheating, just lots of abuse of the RNG.
