I'm running the German version of Medal of Honor Allied Assault wich is without nazi symbols and blood.
So I installed an uncut and blood patch, but after a while (I already finished 4 of 6 missions) I found out that the US version is without blood as well.
Is that a problem? Should I finish the last two missions without the blood patch installed? Or should I redo everything.
These patches are just cosmetic nature and don't affect the game mechanics.

hm , the extra blood is a modification. I have no answer for this question.

If you're just unlocking something which is in another version (UK), which it sounds like, then it should be fine.

In general, if it's a mod that adds custom textures or something, that's not a good idea even if it doesn't affect gameplay. It's for the same reason as not allowing modded music. I think you can think of some examples why. Tongue
