The Speedrun of TP is really cool. The Runner did it in a good time. Probably a bit boring but it was oki. And a few mistakes were in, too Wink

Now, if only all of the folks at TASvideos emphasized speed rather than aesthetics (at least for submissions with "aims for fastest time" as their primary goals), and stuck to games that they've played and are at least somewhat familiar with...

You know that in the end, how members vote at TASvideos is not the deciding factor, right?

i watched Jiano's SS again. i'm very disgusted in myself for even considering rejecting this run. i held my standards WAY too high for this one. sure the two mistakes i mentioned were pretty bad, but they weren't THAT bad. it's not like 10 minutes worth of mistakes were made.

what i also failed to do when verifying was to put myself in Jiano's shoes. what decisions would I have made if i was doing the run? although i probably would have restarted after Diababa, by the time i would've gotten to the CitS miniboss, i would've said "fuck it" and kept going. also, this was the first run of it's kind. i should've been more lenient because of that.

i congratulate you on a spectacular run, Jiano. and i deeply apologize for my retarded decision making. but then again, the run got accepted. all water under the bridge. no harm done, right?

I'm just throwing a wild guess but I'm saying I have like 2 minutes of mistakes, plus another minute for not using some tricks I didn't know about. So it would be like 3 mins in total. It might be more or less, but I'm pretty sure thats close.

Great Segment TPFox.I have been looking forward to this segment since shortly after new segments were being made. I had been practicing the Zant battle, and I never did it that well, and was not doing all that other stuff in the segment...

Almost done watching the SS, and it is quite the run so far, Jiano. Very nicely done. How much longer would a Wii SS be?

Great segments, both of you! It's nice to see a 100% run come to fruition, as it's significantly different from the other runs.

TP_Fox is almost finished! Will you be taking a break from speedrunning after it's done? Or will you work on something else? Also, regarding your most recent segment, would it be possible to use the LJA on the floating platforms to save some time? Or is it impossible because the platforms are moving?
