What if we super jump with these ice wolfs over the trigger that makes you respawn?

It's not a matter of height though.

halfway over

Well, I guess there is more posts about this, but I don´t have the energy for looking over 250 pages just for this, so I ask instead ^^.
Why don´t we take the easy rout and just go down one floor in Link's house down to the basement, where there is a purple(50) rupee?

Here's a tip:

If you're suggesting something that seems extremely obvious -- something so obvious that it's been overlooked entirely in 250+ pages of discussion -- then in all likelihood, it cannot be done.

This includes collecting the purple rupee in Link's basement, "memorizing" the path to Snowpeak Top without fishing, et cetera.

is it faster to kill bulblin or get the key in the graveyard in Hyrule castle?

or would it be faster to just grab both and skip getting the one later on?

The graveyard key is so out of the way that I really think it's out of the question. Plus, Aeralfos can be defeated in one cycle.

Going back to 100% for a second, does anyone know what part of day it changes to when you return from City in the Sky? (aka: is the day just beginning, halfway over, etc.?)

I'd say mid-morning to midday, but it still takes a long time for night to arrive.

Which temple is not big Sequence-breaked yet?

btw, yautja and DJS, are you guys watching the "månförmörkelse" today?

Well, let's see.

Forest Temple: Early Gale Boomerang
Goron Mines: N/A
Lakebed Temple: Skip half the temple, early Clawshot
Arbiter's Grounds: Boss key backwards
Snowpeak Ruins: Most of the dungeon sequence breaks
Temple of Time: N/A
City in the Sky: Skipping turning on the fan (not a major sequence break)
Palace of Twilight: N/A
Hyrule Castle: N/A

So you should look for stuff in Goron Mines, Temple of Time, Palace of Twilight, City in the Sky, and Hyrule Castle.

fuck you i wont do what you tell me
Uhh, the Goron Fortress i think, Palace of Twilight, Hyrule Castle, ToT.

but all of those are pretty linear (then again, all of the dungeons in this game are, but thats beside the point).

the Forest Temple may not have been broken majorly yet, but i dont know.  It would be if we got the clawshot before that.

i know its goron mines. i called it goron fortress for exactly that reason.  Roll Eyes
The Temple of Time is not breakable because we need the Dominion Rod and the statue from the eighth floor. Even if we found a way to clip through the lobby doors, we'd still need the Rod for Armogohma and the Sky Book quest that follows. So that's out of the question.

As for Hyrule Castle, I don't know if you all have noticed, but each floor is a separate map. A levitation glitch would allow for quick access to the second floor balconies from the main chamber, but that's about as far as it goes.

I can't see the Palace of Twilight being broken either. We'd definitely need the Light Sword to reach the Boss Key and (I believe) to defeat Zant. Someone can use AR to check the latter -- I think he's invulnerable to your attacks without the "upgrade."

Lastly, I'm fairly convinced that Goron Mines cannot be broken further without a levitation glitch.

the only break we can really do in the ToT is skipping the Oocoo talk...  If you walk along the right hand wall you can skip talking to.... It?

savewarping from the last statue warp point will save a nice amount of time.

if you jumpslash along the left side of the bridge into hyrule (east in Wii version, west in GCN version) you won't be harassed by the postman.

for the Zant heads in the Palace of Twilight, if you jumpslash from a ledge that is above it, you will hit it the head twice before hitting the ground.

you cant do the infinite bomb arrows glitch before destroying the boulders at the top of the minigame.  If you try you will get trill's minigame instead.
ToT is theoretically somewhat breakable.  If we can find a way through the door that we otherwise need the statue to open, we can skip the entire trip back down.

Well, we could still try to skip the first Sol and see if we can still get the Light Sword with just the second one. Might work.

I don't think that would work.

your vid has nothing to do with your post o_O

w/e

i dont think that would work.  If they made sure that the wall was undestroyable w/o the "upgrade", they would have made sure that you needed both Sols.

plus theres the problem of actually spanning that gap.
Is there any way of doing early King Zora's tomb without Bombs or Jump Strike (but with Back Slice)? I'm trying to do it after triggering the escort to see if the cutscenes back there will trigger, thus allowing us to get the Zora Armor. No luck so far because I can't get up. I tried luring the bees over there to get a damage boost onto the cliff, but they attacked once (at the wrong time) and every last one of them flew away. O_o

uhh, you could use the crows to superjump your way onto the ledge as a wolf with early MS...

Don't have Midna, so I can't use the dark energy field. Plus the Guays are nowhere near the ledge you have to jump on.

although this has nothing to do with the post, i laughed at the video.
Segment 27
Segment 28

Probably won't have any new segments for a few days.
Just made it to King Zora's tomb by jumping after a Guay and getting it over to the ledge with the Gale Boomerang. The cutscene didn't trigger... but this did happen:

I'll upload a video if anyone's interested.
