Well, I guess there is more posts about this, but I don´t have the energy for looking over 250 pages just for this, so I ask instead ^^.
Why don´t we take the easy rout and just go down one floor in Link's house down to the basement, where there is a purple(50) rupee?
Or doesn´t it work at all? At least there is one there later on in the game, I was looking for glitches in my 100%-file so I can´t say anything about t beeing there or not.
It´s dark in there, but I think there´s no prblem about finding it without the lantern.
(sry for my english ^^)

Well, it seems like a lot of (skilled) people are running TP as of now, so it doesn't feel like I'm that "needed" here. So I'll work on my OoT run for a while now.

Ok, I think i will have to restart :-/...... I'm doin a speedrun+3 heart run. Not the best one, and i dont really have a good time, but im just trying to break my old record, wich is 36h (my first file:P). Well, here's my problem: I don't know how or anything, but i'm at the beginning of Goron Mines, and im "poor", iow ive got 22 rupees. I will need 120 by the time i finish GM because of the bomb purchasing :-/.
My question(s) is
•Is it possible to get all the rupees without wasting too much time?
•Or shall i just restart my whole run and try to get more rupees in the beginning?

There are 2 chests with 50 rupees in each right in your path in the goron mines. I suggest getting them.

If your current best run is 36 hours, then I'm guessing you haven't practiced the game much yet.
If you haven't practiced the game much yet, there's no way you're going to set an amazing time anyway.
So what you need to do is play through it a few more times, until your record is under 10 hours or so - then you can start taking everything seriously.
So right now, I'd recommend you just carry on with your current file, finish it as quickly as possible, and then start a new run with the extra experience under your belt. And don't make the same mistake next time, of course.

Ok, thx, that was exactly what i was planning on.
You are right, this is my second run through of the game. My actual goal is just to beat my other time Tongue

Get back to TP yautja when you have finished your OoT 100% run. You are one of best TP players here Grin

One thing what I need to say is I have used action replay and noticed this, If we can past midna's text what leads to huryle field and maybe skip forest temple and faron woods tears too, but there is one problem. if you skip that tear collection and then go to kakariko gorge and try get that bridge there. Midna doesn't let you use warp to get that bridge there. so you need remove faron from twilight if you want to get that bridge to Kakariko gorge :-/

What if you just activated the warp portal, and then did the Midna text skip, then finally tried to warp the bridge?

Going back to 100% for a second, does anyone know what part of day it changes to when you return from City in the Sky? (aka: is the day just beginning, halfway over, etc.?)

EDIT: captain compost, I think he means Midna won't make you press Z near the bridge and she won't tell you to warp it until you clear the Faron twilight.

So the Faron twilight is necessary unless we can cross Kakariko Gorge without the bridge.

I really think it starts halfway in. Because I think it goes much faster to become night, i mean otherwise the days are really long, now it seems just much shorter. This is just my thoughts, I really have no idea
