Since nobody done this run, I think I should make one since its old and one of the best series.

Heres my practice run (May be the final run)

Thread title:
There was once a topic with a few 100% videos I think.  Guess non of the runs were submitted as there are not on the game list.

Old topic though.  IIRC it should still be in the old speedruns forum, near the top I think.
Time to Kick Ass and Chew Bumble Gum
I search it but it wasn't tony hawk 2. It was tony hawk 3 that was 100%
That one?

Time to Kick Ass and Chew Bumble Gum
That sucks it died out. The post.
Ugh.

Yes I know.
Just click the link I posted.  That will send you to a page with another link.  Click that.  Then you will be at a page with a bunch of videos.

I would just post the link that goes directly to the page, but whenever I try to do so my post fails.

I think you didn't understand what I mean. I mean that the real post is not active anymore about the run of TPS2
Ah...  I see.

Yeah, 2 years will do that to a thread.

Which is oddly about the time it felt for us to understand one-another.

Anyways, good luck with the final run if you do it.
Time to Kick Ass and Chew Bumble Gum
Got it done in 18 mins is now my new record. May be able to get it lower.
wise fwom yo gwave
I was a bit dissapointed, I can do the first level in 1:50 and I'm not even that good at the game. Also some of the mistakes in the 2nd level were painful enough (I.e. i knew the whole way going into the wall ride in the back left part of the level that you were going to get pwnd) i didn't even watch the rest  :-/. Not really sure what to suggest though.
Time to Kick Ass and Chew Bumble Gum
Theres really not much to do but to keep trying untill you get get a better one
Time to Kick Ass and Chew Bumble Gum
Well Guess what!!? I broke my record WOOT! 16mins and 40 seconds. Faster then the other guy who did it on dreamcast

Well, the guy who did it on dc made 100% Wink

Imo there's still too much screw ups in your run.
And I noticed some mistakes in planning as well:
In the first two competition levels you do three runs. You only need two good ones in order to get gold. And maybe you could save some seconds if you go for bronze in the last level. Btw after you updated your stats you can jump out of a quarterpipe and do 3 tricks (grab+flip+grab). Together with a boneless you'll get about 30000/jump afair. (I noticed you only did 2 tricks/jump =) )
In Philly, why don't you nose-bluntslide the awning? You grind it anyway because you have to get the letter on it, just grind it with a nose bluntslide and you got some extra money without requiring more time.

Yea its not perfet yet but its better then the last one though
I love YaBB 1G - SP1!
To put it bluntly, this is an EXTREMELY weak speedrun attempt. Have you even watched the 22 minute 100% run? Use it as a benchmark; most of the time it seemed you were randomly skating around the level confused.

Secondly, I'd say no more than 2 bails is acceptable for a run of this length (it should be several minutes shorter anyway)... I'm VERY surprised you didn't even restart by the time you got through Venice.

As someone already mentioned, why the heck do you play a 3rd run in France and in Skatestreet? There's no point and it's valuable time wasted.

I'd have to say that most of the overall routes were extremely slow.

New York, for example, the 100% run spent a total of ~2:38 getting EVERYTHING (even money)... you spent about 2:49 and that's with skipping most money (which you must understand a few bucks are waaaay out of the way and this guy still beat your time)

Then in Venice, you spent about 3 minutes... the 100% spent about 3:06 there getting all cash, and you even skipped the ridiculously long Ollie the Bum goal and 4 transfers. Please rethink your routes since there's no reason you should be slower than someone who does everything on a level.

Why aren't you using Special air moves to reach target high scores quicker? Usually you're just repeating basic grab moves.

Sorry to be dishing out so much negative criticism, but this run is just unacceptable considering it can be done minutes and minutes faster with smarter routes and not bailing 10+ times (not to mention quitting after heat 2 of medal competitions).

I had to stop myself from watching after Philly so hopefully nothing insanely embarrassing happened in the final competition.

No problem if it doesn't work then i do another run and come back to it later
