SDA Apprentice -- (3-1)
It has been a while since I had posted here on SDA and I would like to try and get back into the swing of things and do some speed runs again.  I got Elgato and I got it working to a point where I can start recording footage again (and I hope to post some samples in the future).

As I was setting things up, I took notice to the latest update on Xbox One in terms of "Setting up Recordings" using the system's recording abilities and found out that it got extended out to about an Hour.  It has made me wonder if there have been talks or discussions on this since if the quality is good enough, that could be used in on itself as a way to record runs or segments or if using the Elgato would still be the better option.
Thread title:
If the quality is lossless and the video otherwise conforms to the A/V quality requirements (no extra stuff on screen etc.) then it really doesn't matter how you record it. If you wanna be sure, just post a sample on the tech support forum and nate will confirm this.
