Current time: 22:23 from power-on to power-off. Can't seem to get the second stage perfect, and if I do, the fourth stage screws upp in the sky...>:( any ideas of what to do? :-[

wow. I'm gonna have to pay for school again, might get kicked out of my house, and need to quit my job asap. and these are the smallest things on my tray. I really want to help out but money has just gotten tight. sorry.

I'm addicted to games

Haven't posted anything in a while so I guess I'd better.
Last friday another deadline came and went without me paying to get out of here. Because once again I still dont have another place to move into. I've been looking at craigslist and emailing almost anything in my price range and walking range to work. Half the listings dont even respond to my initial email. Then the next half might answer once but stop answering when I try to setup an appointment. One guy didn't answer the door when I showed up for a scheduled appointment. When I actually get to look at a place I usually think it's got a horrible bathroom or too small of a bedroom. In a few cases where I liked one, I don't hear back from people.

I thought maybe I was getting used to the damn noise earlier this month, it wasn't waking me up for the first week. Then as soon as I realized that, it woke me up every day since. At least now I have someone else I can sleep at occasionly.

Anyway I removed the notice from the submit page, opening submissions again. So if someone tried to submit recently and I said "try later" ... well, try now. But DO NOT EVER mail something to nate without my approval first. When someone does that (it's happened) i get VERY ANNOYED and tell nate to put their tapes behind anything that arrives after them until there's nothing else.

Thanks to his new beast, compressing runs will go much faster, but you can't make capturing faster. Plus, verifying and timing is always the worst part, so I can't promise miracles. I still have runs from 3 months ago.

I have no idea about the situation at your place, but I had WAY more success with phone contact. When you call them they're kind of forced to reply - at least no one dared to hang up on me yet. Wink

local newspapers are also helpful, I checked them regularly and finally got my apt from an announcement. Announcing that you're looking for an apt can't hurt as well.

sorry if this advice was unneeded and you already did all these things (or had reasons for not doing). Wink
