What's the required resolution for Nintendo 64 games?

Found this topic discussing it in general but it depends on each game (as does the framerate). We'll be very grateful if you make sure it's the right one before submitting anything just to get it rejected because of that... however I'd imagine few experienced runners don't know how to / can't record at native resolution and framerate these days.
