Excluding the Zelda Games on CD-I, which temple do you think is the most boring? As of me it's Jabu-Jabu's Belly from Oracle of Ages.
Thread title:
Speed is the key.
Hmm...

The Water temple in Ocarina of time. I always forget something there.

Yeah, the water temple in OoT for sure. But The one in MM was way worse for me. I never played that game all the way through ever again because of that one temple. But I think water temples are boring in all games, seems like a general rule or something.
like....gah... ._.
The desert temple from A Link to the Past (I forgot the actual name).
dinosaur from the past
After watching that OoS run, I know it's gotta be something from one of those two. Man, that original idea of remaking the original Zelda really hurt things.
King of hearts
Water Temple in OoT. Long, boring, tedious.

In fact, I usually hate all the water levels of any game. They're always slow paced, have crappy controls, and look very gloomy. Especially ones where you can drown.

See! I knew I wasn't the only one who thinks so!

I've never really minded the water temple in Zelda games (except for MM x_x). It's the forest temple that I hate. >.<
I love YaBB 1G - SP1!
Has to be the Deku Tree in OoT. Boring as hell with simplistic puzzles.
everybody wanna tell you the meaning of music
I dunno, in general (not in Zelda) I like water and forest levels. They're so peaceful and relaxing... now when speedrunning, that would make them annoying.
Rock on, Earthbound. Rock on.
I have to agree. Water areas can be really nice and relaxing, and the gloomy look is often deliberate, since water brings mist and fog and mold and all that other goodness. As for crappy controls, they're not really crappy (generally speaking. there are certainly games that have crappy water controls, but Zelda and Mario aren't any of them), it's just the water being cumbersome, which it IS.
Water temple is pretty easy since I figured out what to do (but took too many playthroughs to reach that stage). But I think Forest Temple can be more annoying at times (it's addictive music saves it however). That first temple in the dark world in A Link To The Past, the one where you get the hammer or something, was the most boring because I could never figure out what to do to beat it. Lost interest before wanting to look it up.
Sleeping Terror
The water temple in Ocarina of Time was easy. Easy. I don't know why people say it's so difficult... just cycle the water and check all the side passages. I missed one (the one below the center room), and had to cycle the water again to reach it, but I wasn't held up at any other part of the dungeon.

MM's water temple was awesome. But then, I like each of MM's four dungeons better than any others in the entire series. They're just so perfect...

Most boring? Eh, I don't really care, so I've never thought about it. It's probably one that I've forgotten about 'cause it was boring.
like cranky kong, but not as nice
zelda temples only get boring when i get stuck, but the same applies to any game really. OoT's fire temple held me up for a while, but i ended doing the bottom of the well while i figured it out
Death Mountain in LTTP was brutal...
...
I'm sorry, but I will have to say the final dungeon of the first Zelda game. Mainly because I could never figure out how to beat Ganon/Gannon (take your pick), and ended up doing the entire dungeon at least 5 times before finally giving up. Then I lent the game to a friend for a while, and he beat the game! Bastard...
something or another
Eastern Palace, LttP. Actually, all of the light world dungeons from LttP.
The BaldurManiac
inside jabujabu
DAMN! Forgot about Jabujabu.

Yeah, my vote's on him.

Omg lol. Tell him to start if he wants to keep his status of Zelda Fan.
How can a dungeon in a Zelda game be boring? It's either hard(in other words, fun) or easy and simple. The only one that really bores me is Misery Mire from lttp simply because the dungeon requires a lot of walking and is way too generous. I thought the water dungeons were all awesome. Swamp Ruins from lttp is generally fun and simple(unless you are trying to do a glitch quest in which case it is awful beyond belief). The OoT Water temple is one of my favorite temples in OoT simply because you can actually skip stuff in it that makes the temple non-linear. OoT's temples were unfortunately linear at times, and needing every key in every other dungeon was lame to say the least. The MM water temple had some seriously evil mini-bosses, but it was really fun and IMO in contention for best designed 3d Zelda dungeon.
"Find the Shadow, and you will find the Light."
3d and 2d zelda games' dungeons are completely different.

3d dungeon: The Makar dungeon in windwaker

2d dungeon: pretty much any link's awakening dungeon. All of the rooms were one screen, and thats it. No scrolling or moving, just one screen. Cant get too many puzzles/fights in such a small area.
