Please refer to the Verification Guidelines before posting. Verifications are due by March 6, 2015.

Please post your opinions about the run and be certain to conclude your post with a verdict (Accept/Reject). This is not a contest where the majority wins - I will judge each verification on its content. Please keep your verification brief unless you have a good reason otherwise.

After 2 weeks I will read all of the verifications and move this thread to the main verification board and post my verdict.
Is PJ
A/V good.  Didn't notice any cheating, though the whole "PAL on an NES console" thing is a bit iffy for me.  I haven't looked at the TASvideos explanation he mentioned, and it doesn't bother me much, so whatever.

I've seen Jorf practicing a lot of the strats in this run for a long time.  These are stupidly precise jumps and maneuvers.  Seeing them all stitched together flawlessly in one run is really mind-boggling.  Jorf's execution is superb.  I really don't know what else to say.  He stomped this game.  Really good stuff.

Accept.
A/V: I haven't seen a nes-recording with exactly 60 fps before. It looks like classic nes-capture though. According to the run comments, it's a pal-cart played in an ntsc-machine. Apparently pal and ntsc run at the same speed for this game.

Gameplay: Really, really solid. The game is very fast-paced and it looks like it's easy to make mistakes. The runner manages to keep them few and far enough between though. I don't know the game, so I can't say much more than that.

Easy accept
A/V - looked good to me, didn't notice any cheating. I loaded up the ROM on my Everdrive and it appears to run the exact same as the video.

Gameplay: Very impressive run, I only noticed a handful of jumps missed on the first attempt, most of which looked like they were only one tile wide gaps, so they have to be precise. And considering this run is nonstop movement, the amount of precise jumps that were made were excellent. Loved the zip as well, who needs elevators

Great run. If the controls of this game are as sensitive as I remember them to be on the Genesis Turrican, it means that this run is state of the art precision in execution. Loved the zip glitch too.

A/V is fine and there are no signs of cheating.

Easy ACCEPT from me.
Not a walrus
The staff has talked it over and we're fine with the game being played on NTSC since it does seem that the game is programmed to adjust for the speed difference.
Decision posted.
