Formerly known as Skullboy
A/V is fine and clean. No cheating detected.

Not much to say here. Multiple frame perfect punches and a .4 second improvement, which does match with the TAS time (I checked).

Accept. Piece of cake, right?
A/V: Impeccable

Gameplay: This is the type of speedrun where a quick watch doesn't do justice to the work put in to it. Luckily, there are run comments explaining how it's done and the complexity/difficulty involved.

This fight is now (as the last opponent on SDA) tied to the current TAS, so I can't think of anything other to say than

Congrats and ACCEPT!
Decision posted.
Thank you for the accepts and congrats! It feels really good to finish the table. I would love to find even one strategy to obsolete one of the current NTSC times, but it's much easier said than done given how many eyes have been on this game over the years.
