Awesome stuff. Will SDA accept a table this big? What's the biggest on the site right now? I look forward to watching these videos every time there's a new post in the thread, haha.

One question about 3-8x. As you are exiting the second room, you jump instead of just running into the next room. Does that have something to do with the missiles? Would you get killed if you just ran into the room without jumping off the lower wall? I assume so, I'm just curious.

Yeah I though the same thing so I test the approach of this level and if you don't jump on the wall like he did, the missile head-seek you in the small corridor

Jumping before a drop gives you more downward momentum than falling.
In this case that gets you closer to the crumbling blocks which saves a few milliseconds and also allows you to jump off of the wall without getting hit by the missile.
(not sure if I mean the same room as you do though ^^)

P.S.: Don't expect any runs over the weekend as I will be gone til Monday.

@Patashu: Could just view them all on my youtube playlists. They auto-play from start to end.
Once I finished every level I will merge all the files into one big video though but thats gonna take a while ^^

Didn't even see those crumbling blocks there, I watched the video in small screen. I was referring to the part where you jumped off the wall at the crumbling blocks. I assumed they weren't there and was wondering why you jumped off the wall. Got it, question answered. Thanks.

those levels are nice and I have a question, at the end of 4-18, can you do the killer trick and bounce on the moving platform at the end. I think it's possible but nearly inhuman.

The ceiling is too low for it to save time on 4-18.
Its faster to jump off of the platform since you gain height alot quicker that way.
Glad you enjoyed the hell IL's Smiley
Will probably work on hell dark world tomorrow (or maybe some more cotton alley)

So that mean you're starting Rapture soon and that you'll own at least 90% of the IL by the end of the week Tongue .

Also, if they release SMB on mac before the IL speedrun is send, I'll try to own some of the hell level(even if I know that you'll get them back in the same day Tongue )

Again the 1-tile ceiling rule. I'm pretty much 99% certain that its impossible to save time that way (especially since the platform on which bandaid girl stands is way too close).
Improved 4-14 down to 6.87s and did some improvements on cotton alley levels thanks to 73L. Gonna upload those tomorrow.
