Think I posted this in another thread, but I'm definitely planning on coming.  I can do Kingdom Hearts II Any% (not confident enough that I'll be able to SS Illusion of Gaia by August to commit Sad ), though since that's a ~5 hour run that we just did at AGDQ, I'm fine with just being in reserve in case someone has to drop out or we otherwise end up needing more games to fill time; and otherwise helping with commentary, donation tracking, cooking, etc.

Quote from Opario:

One last thing, it appears that the first post of this topic still contains the old date of late July.

Since this thread was started before the date change and before JRDQ, I think a new thread should be created.  No hurry, though, since JRDQ bonus is still going on.
I'm almost 100% sure I can make it to this. I live here in Utah, so it should be easy to make it. I'm not sure if I'll need a room or not; It'd be easier to just stay at the marathon the whole time, but if there isn't room then that's fine. I could play:

Super Mario 64 16 Star run (~45 minutes)
LittleBigPlanet 2 (~ 2 hrs)

and with practice, I could maybe race Arrow in a Katamari game.

Also, Opario and I have talked about doing a co-op Portal 2 run, but we will have to do some practice before committing to that one.

difficult and stupidly random
Ok, I wasn't sure if I could make it, but the odds are looking a lot better now.
Please put me down as "probably coming".

Is it July 28-31 or August 4-6?  There are two different topics with conflicting information.

As for games, I'd like to play 2 or 3 of the following (in decreasing order of how much i want to play them):

* Limbo;  ~55 min (Would be fun to race with VG if he's coming)
* Castle Crashers;  ~1:50.  (I'm getting pretty solid with the Red Knight/Magic-build, but i'm also fairly good at strength-build and agility-build, though red-magic-build is by far the most fun to watch)
* Chip N Dale Rescue Rangers;  ~13 min.
* Snake Rattle N Roll; ~15 min
* River City Ransom;  ~13 min

All times include credits and setup.  For the longer games I'm fine with a middle-of-the-night timeslot.

(If i'm supposed to be posting this stuff in the other summer marathon thread, please let me know)

It's currently slated for the August time slot, feasel.

This is the proper spot for it currently, and the conflicting information you sited is kind of why I think we should redo this thread, since the location and days have changed since the original posting of this thread.

Chip N Dale will be good.  We now need someone to do Ducktales so that we have the Disney Afternoon block going.
that Metroidvania guy
I definitely agree there should be a new thread. I know my info's changed, and considering how long ago this was posted, I could only see that being the case for many others. I think that decision should probably be left to the host of the event, though. :p
Everything's better with Magitek
Okay yeah, I'd been trying to decide what to do since this thread is pretty outdated.  I'll go ahead and make a new sign-up thread.  If a mod could lock this thread, that'd be great.

Dang, I was just about to post something and Essentia JUMPS in.  :p

I may volunteer to help keep track of travel arrangements, though that shouldn't be too hard because everyone flying should be coming through the same airport.
