Sukeban Shachou Rena is a minigame collection for the Wii. Ever since the game sold in the triple digits in 2009, it has gained internet infamy- not just for its poor sales or Japanese strangeness, but also for having some of the most notorious quiz minigames ever.

Let's get the big one out of the way- the quizzes need to be solved. Only the most patient runners will be able to endure the quizzes (which will eventually give you enough right answers if you just brute force them by selecting the same answer over and over). There are also techniques for the other minigames as well.

First off, outside the menus, the game can be soft-reset by holding Plus and Minus and then pressing A to return to the Main Menu. It's faster than Resetting, especially if you aren't using File 1.

In the Catch minigames, the best course of action is to get the bare minimum high score and then get hit by other cats to lose time faster.

In the Dance minigames, don't get the gold medals. Should be easy.

In the Picking Up minigame, you do need to have enough seconds left, but get them after placing the last cat near the food bowls. The less you search for time bonus blocks, the better.

In the Car minigame, turn both the Wii Remote and Nunchuck sideways before the turn comes up, and you will turn instantly.

That's all I can think of. Any% Story Mode is just finishing both endings of Story Mode. 100% would be getting all Gold Medals in Story Mode, plus getting all the Gold Medals in Free Play mode afterwards. When going for 100%, do all the minigames you have trouble with hardest to easiest.
