The fastest at Lighthouse is 2min 58sec. I saw the mission rating screen at the Splinter Cell official forums. It is possible to get below 3 minutes. However, it's a complete running run. Sam ran mostly all the way.
I always had problems with the bathhouse too, but I found out it's at the part with the 3 guards with Thermal Vision in the toilet.

Hi haven't updated this topic in a while, sorry :-[
First off my VCR hasn't been working right for a while which is annoying. However i may get a video capture card depending how expenisve they are.
Also i haven't been playing any consule game for a bit as i got my new pc at christmas
and i have been messing about on it.
I'm gonna make a point about starting to play this game again(which is basically me getting off my backside and doing something) as it deserves a run.
(I was also gonna do a co-op run but i had a fallout with the guy i was gonna do it with. oh well.)
So any input would be nice any i am happy to answer any questions which i can anwser.

When I do start recording, I'll post each level, and all the criticism in the world is welcome. If it helps me get a better time anyway lol.
I'll probably do it on Normal too. I'll upload every level as soon as I get done with them, so I can get feedback on them.

On what system did you play the game on? Just wonder cause I know for a fact that Xbox and PS2 version have the same maps but they don't look the same in most places. I'm interested myself of doing a speedrun on the PC version.

XBrick. That's one of the reasons I don't want to do it again (or even play it again), because I generally suck with that controller. The PS2 version never entered consideration because of how neglected it was before release, otherwise I'd have found it easier.
Anyway I've decided to re-submit. This is mainly to get the ball rolling and offer any tricks, as well as improvements I know of that I'll include in the commentary.
Also that way, people can do individual levels and submit them since they're done on a level-by-level basis.

You guys still doing a speedrun of SCCT? I've seen great vids on 100%, but I'd forget being perfect in favor of saving myself a few minutes. This thread still alive? Hello? 
BTW, I just did a run of the Lighthouse for 3:34 with 82% completion percentage, I was ID'd twice, KO'd one guy and capped another. And this was with all my mistakes such as missing two jumps. I'll clean it up for recording later (if FRAPS allows it).
