I´ll did this for fun

Long play: Play game through collect everythings and try find everythings. Deaths and all flaws is allowed. Only goal is beat game and find everythings.
Playthrough: Try play game deathless and not need worry about time, but your gameplaying have to beat fluent but its have to be cautions too and you have to make most safety strategys beat to game without losting damage much.
Runthrough: Usually casual speedruns. Just try run game through game without wasting tons time, but you not need are optimize
Speedrun: Just like SDA stanard. You have to be good and make run with very good stanard. Some human mistakes happen and etc...
Run like TAS: Mostly SMB 1 by Andrew. I think Miles is new Prime run could be this category. You have to be really close perfect possible time.
Thread title:
These are a couple I use, because I'm a cool trendy guy.
IGT - In Game Timer
QK - Quick Kill

This could actually be a fun thread.
Twinkle-Twinkle Lil' Star, har har!
Sub-XX - Used when referring to the time you want to finish under
Cut the time - Can be used to indicate you passed a certain time, whether it's your PB or the WR
Clippy-Clip and Skippy-Skip - Mario 64 specific, for Chain Chomp star and Lakitu skip, respectively.
Now Reap The Whirlwind!
Here's one not yet mentioned:

Savewarp: Using a reset of the game to move great distances. It's recommended you save first though.
HELLO!
Death warp: Taking an intentional death to move in the game.

Death abuse: Taking any sort of advantage from an intentional death

RNG: Literally stands for Random Number Generator, referring to the pseudo random number generators built into games.  But generally is referred to anything that is unpredictable in a run, even if it's not strictly randomized.

PB: Personal Best time for a segment or run

WR: Literally referring to a World Record, typically referring to the best time in a game or category that is known to the community of players running that game.

TAS: Tool Assisted Speedrun / Superplay.  Refers to the use of debugging tools, frame by frame advancement of the game, thousands of savestates and retries, and even scripted gameplay, in order to reach the theoretical limit of what could be input into a game, far beyond human capabilities.

Any%: Coming from the Metroid communities, refers to a speed run that seeks the fastest possible time without restrictions.  % refers to the item collection rate shown at the end of a Metroid game, but the term is also used by communities around games that don't have in-game collection or completion rates.

100%: Again coming from Metroid, refers to a speed run that achieves 100% collection in game. The term has also been adapted by communities of games that don't have an in-game collection rate, where the community makes their own 100% definition.

Low%: Finish the game with the lowest possible collection/completion rate. Again, originally referring to games with in-game percentages shown, but the term is also used now in communities of games without a displayed rate.

Frame: The smallest possible unit of time in a game.  Traditionally 1/60th of a second (1/50th in Europe), because traditional consoles worked on the animation framerate of the underlying television format, hence the name.

Frame perfect: A trick that requires an input to happen in exactly one particular frame, and so typically meaning an input that must happen in a window of 1/60th of a second.

Pixel: The smallest unit of color in a computer display.  Every dot displayed by the game on screen is a pixel.

Pixel perfect: A trick that requires an input to happen when an object in-game is on one specific pixel, for example having to make a jump when the player is as far to the edge of a platform as is possible.
Leave it to me to mention BLIND runs = a [speed] run of a game you haven't ever played before. "semi-blind" also sometimes gets used and may mean anything like having seen a run but not played the game or having played the game too long ago to remember much about it...

Sub-pixel: Games do their movement and physics mathematics more accurately than the resolution allows to display. A sub-pixel (e.g. 16 of them in a pixel) is the unit representing position/velocity etc. in the code of the game. From there we get:

Sub-pixel perfect: A trick that requires a certain sub-pixel positioning to work. Sometimes impossible to guarantee getting that in a regular speed run but becomes very relevant in TASing.

TAS: Tool[s]-Assisted Speedrun. See TASVideos.org for these.
I don't think there's enough charact
GG = Good Game. - This means it was a good game to play. This usually takes place at the end of runs.

RNG = Random Number Generator. = A counter in the game that usually decides the actions of many things in games through generating a sequence of numbers.

Great Job Stiv. - A Congratulatory message to anyone who has accomplished something, such as beating your personal best or a world record.

Hey stiv, I hope you can see this message now that the chat has died down. I wanted to say congrats! I know you can do a little bitter but I always want to tip my hat off to you. Through thick and thin I will still be here to always support you. I know times are hard, but you always come back with a good attitude. I wish you the very best on your next runs, and hope you get an even better score. I will continue to be here and find new strats as always. Great job Stiv. I am rooting for you always! You should be proud.

It's weather time!
200%: Coming from Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, literally refers to collecting 200% in-game map data. This term has been adapted by various communities to refer to collecting either post-credit items, or any items not necessary to complete the defined 100% category.

NG+: New game plus. Refers to a play through started from previously saved data that allows players access to items/abilities/areas etc. not available before the end of the game's credits sequence, or without at least one "cleared" or "completed" file saved.

Strat: Literally refers to strategy.

Safe Strat: A more consistent to accomplish strategy that is employed when a much less consistent, but often quicker, strategy fails or would not be advantageous to attempt.

OoB: Out of Bounds. Refers to when a player causes the game's protagonist to enter an area not designed to be occupied by the character. Usually done for the purposes of skipping a given area or reaching an area or items earlier than designed.

Sequence Breaking: When the player uses either minor or major glitches or precise maneuvers to reach an item or area earlier than intended by the game designers.

RTA: Real Time Attack. Refers to a play through timed using a separate timer from that of the in-game timer, often referred to as "real time", which runs through part or the entire duration of a run. Often used when in-game timing (IGT) would be inaccurate or is not available.

We should really get together and write a proper dictionary.
